  • Wat ga je doen?

    As Succesfactors Information Analyst, you will help us fully transition from SAP HR to Succesfactors. Several HR processes are already in place. In 2022 we started migrating the HR processes for payroll, time, travel management and flexible benefits, among others. You will be responsible for developing and managing Succesfactors within Enexis, and will work closely with our HR department to this end. You analyse HR's information needs and come up with smart IT solutions and improvement proposals based on that analysis. You skilfully bridge the processes, systems and data in our organisation to keep things running smoothly. This is important work at a time when, as a grid operator, we need to make progress more than ever to maintain the momentum of the energy transition.

  • This is you
    You speak the HR department's language, understand its goals and think along proactively as a flexible team player. Thanks to your strong analytical ability and creativity, you have no trouble working in an organisation with several systems under development. With your vision and communication skills you are persuasive and can work constructively in multidisciplinary teams.

    You also have:
    • bachelor's and/or master's degree;
    • Knowledge of HR processes;
    • At least 2 years working experience with SAP Succesfactors.

  • Enexis Netbeheer, a unit of the Enexis Group, provides for the electricity and gas needs of over 3 million households and businesses in the Netherlands. You will be joining our team at an interesting moment: in the midst of the energy transition, which you will come face-to-face with in every fibre of our organization. Smart maintenance, energy feedback systems, gas-free homes, wind power generation, and much more: we are working hard every day to make it all possible.     You will work in the five-strong HR team of the ICT Staven. This department is responsible for ICT services for all Enexis staff departments. Your ultimate goal with this team is to offer support to the main HR processes with modules from Succesfactors, combined with add-ons and custom ICT solutions. Given that our organisation is active from Groningen to Maastricht, your colleagues come from all different corners of the country. As a team, you normally get together once a week. In addition, you will regularly join in at the (now often digital) table with colleagues from HR. Without COVID-19 measures, you work pretty much half the time at your 'own' location, and the other half from home or other Enexis locations. At Enexis, all ICT teams work agile (SAFe) to deliver high-quality end products quickly and efficiently. Wherever you end up working in our organisation, you will find the same open and informal 'we culture' where everyone is willing to help each other.   • In exchange for your energy, Enexis will take very good care of you. Here’s what you can expect:
    • A gross monthly salary between € 4,358 and € 6,226 at the full-time (40 hours/week) rate.
    • This consists of a base salary in scale 15 between € 3,611 and € 5,158, supplemented with a personal budget (10%) and a 13th month (10.7%).
    • Vacation bonus in the amount of 8% of your gross salary.
    • We contribute 70% of your ABP Flexible Pension premium.
    • The option to define your own work week flexibly. We consider it vital for our employees to maintain a good balance between work and personal life. That means that if you need to bring your kids to school before work or simply want to start your day with a workout at the gym, that’s just fine.
    • An annual vitality budget of €500. This can go towards things like gym membership or a consult by a nutritional coach.
    • Commute travel reimbursement and a mobility card with a 1st class public transportation subscription.
    • All the space you need for personal growth. Because this, too, is one of our top priorities. That means that if you want to attend a workshop or take a training course, chances are good that we will pay for it.
